December 1986 Established as a consulting firm for medical regulatory affairs. January 1996 The Head Office was moved to Bunkyo-ku Yushima. November 2000 Started CRO services for pharmaceuticals. October 2003 Osaka Branch was established in Chuo-ku, Osaka. December 2003 Shozo Mase was appointed as President & CEO. February 2006 The corporate name was changed to MIC Medical Corp. (formerly Medical Industries Corp.) November 2007 Listed on the JASDAQ Stock Exchange. October 2008 CAC Company became the biggest shareholder of the company. March 2009 Concluded a capital & business tie-up contract with CAC company. April 2010 The Head Office was moved to Bunkyo-ku Yushima(Present Place). June 2010 Shozo Mase was appointed as Chairperson and Shigeru Tamura was appointed as President & CEO.
