Clinical Research Specialists

•Clinical research specialists such as CRAs are all employed as full time workers for MIC. Major background of CRAs are pharmacists and the second major background are former nurses. The number of women is 1.5 times that of men. As for monitors for clinical trials, MIC is currently hiring nurses, pharmacists and MRs who have working experience in the medical field more than 3 years.

•We allocate adequate time for evaluation of applicants, and each applicant is interviewed by several staffs from marketing, personnel and clinical development and by a project leader. Aptitude test called CUBIC is adopted for evaluation.

•MIC does not send temporary workers. Staffs sent to medical companies are all MIC's full time workers.
